Site Layout & Lot Sizes

Lots vary in size and width. Along the main road, most lots (16) are 60 to 70 feet wide and can accommodate a variety of styles and layouts. Six lots are between 50 and 60 feet wide, and six others range from 70 to 100 feet. In the upper area (Block 3), nine larger lots will be served by AWWU sewer and on-site water wells. Those lots range from 170 to 230 feet in width.
