Dear Connie Yoshimura,

The purpose of this letter is solely to inform you of my interest in acquiring a lot in Holtan Hills when lots are made available for purchase to the public.

I understand and acknowledge that this letter is non-binding and does not create any rights, obligations or commitments on either myself or CY Investments. This letter does not grant me the right to purchase, select or reserve a lot at this time.

I understand CY Investments only has the authority to accept reservations for a specific lot when the preliminary plat has been approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission. I also understand that the application for the approval of the Conditional Use/Planned Unit Development (CU/PUD) and preliminary plat, as of the date of this letter, is scheduled to be included on the agenda at the January 5, 2026 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting.

I understand that I am welcome to add any comments below but that this letter of interest is non-binding.
